Aetna Navigator is a secure, online resource that gives employees access to
personalized benefits and health information. Employees can take full advantage
of our interactive website to complete a variety of self-service transactions online.
They can:

• View detailed claims status and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements
• View and print temporary member identification information
• View their own personal health-related information
• Find U.S. health care professionals and facilities that participate in their plan using DocFind^®

For employees to register with Aetna Navigator:

1. Visit www.aetnanavigator.com
2. Click on Go under I'm ready to register
3. Follow the registration prompts

Your employees can get their benefits questions answered by contacting the 24/7 AGB International Member Service Center at the number on their member ID card.  We’re available around the clock, so employees can call anytime — day or night!
