For starters, we’ve gracefully come of age with innovations like our International Health Advisory Team (IHAT) — a team of AGB-dedicated registered nurses that offers members concierge-level assistance, and our International Member Service Center that provides members with around-the-clock access to a variety of member resources — in virtually any language. And in this last year in particular, we’ve seen our solutions really swell. We’ve rolled out the first-ever consumer-directed health plan for international customers — Aetna HRA. Our global wellness initiative, Demonstrated Value research, online enrollment application and the Virtual Employee Meeting are other prime examples of our growth and leadership.
In this edition of The Healthy Ticket, you’ll learn about our latest product innovation to date — Aetna Dental/Medical Integration (DMI).
